“ I recently moved to Billings from down South, which has a large selection of really good BBQ places to try. I was told that Montana isn't really known for BBQ, but I really enjoyed my meal here. I ordered a rib and tri-tip plate with beans and potato salad. The meat was tender with a nice smoky flavor, in fact, the tri-tip was better than some smoked brisket I have tried. The sauces are good, but I much prefer the hot bbq sauce. The beans were good once I added some BBQ sauce to them, but the potato salad was just so-so to me. As far as the location, it's inside of a gas station, so it's not what I would call your typical BBQ place. That said, it's casual and the staff is very friendly. All-in-all, I'll be eating here again. Here's to hoping they add a solid banana pudding to the menu! ”
